Guiltless and Gluten Free Fudge Brownies

We all have a sweet tooth now and once again.  So prior to you attain for some processed candy or artificially sweetened goodies complete of preservatives, try generating these brownies.  The dates will give you plenty of good fiber and we all know that chocolate is good for you.  So have a sweet deal with minus the guilt.

Fudge Brownies Recipe (Gluten-Free of charge)


  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup scorching water
  • 3/four cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/two tsp. baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • four oz Natural dark chocolate chips (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Pour the scorching water in excess of the dates in a bowl and permit to sit for ten minutes. Drain the water from the dates and location the dates in the bowl of a meals processor or in a blender. Process the dates till they are smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as essential.

Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla and sea salt to the meals processor or blender. Approach yet again until smooth, scraping down the sides of the bowl as essential.  Stir in chocolate chips.

Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch pan, greased with coconut oil. Bake for twenty minutes, and permit to great before cutting.

Minimize brownies into 16 square pieces. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Yield 16 brownies.
